Giving Thanks for 2016

thankyouI’m celebrating 2016 …

I’m giving thanks to the universe and to everyone who helped me to achieve my writing dreams.

Without you and your kind support, I, Karen Tyrrell could not have achieved what I did.

In 2016, I expanded my goals, incorporating superheroes into my resilience messages to teach kids and families to connect with their inner superhero.

Giving Thanks for NEW Books

In May 2016, I launched my junior fiction, Jo-Kin vs Lord Terra, my hilarious space adventure with themes of perseverance and teamwork. Jo-Kin is set on Planet Dee-lish-us made entirely of food.

In September, I launched Song Bird Superhero, a junior fiction celebrating the power of self-belief, singing and science. Song Bird celebrates diversity with Rosie’s side-kick, Amy Hillcrest overcoming her disability of Cerebral Palsy. In March 2017, a magazine is featuring a double spread on Song Bird.
