Arrivederci Australia … Buongiorno Italia.
I’m flying to Roma in a few days time, exploring this ancient capital for three days then traveling through Italia to Firenze, Venezia, Milano and Genova via EuRail.

Two days ago, I was shattered!
… after receiving a huge packet, my returned Manuscript, delivered to my door by courier.
I didn’t have to open it, to know what it was.
Then I slowly read THE letter and the constructive criticism struck me.

A BIG Publisher used phrases like … ‘Raw energy … brave … your candour and [...]

I’ve almost completed my Crime Novel, Sayonara … It’s a gripping tale based on a personal story!
A few years ago, Yumi, our beloved Japanese exchange student vanished from Brisbane without a trace.
Sayonara explores the ensuing police investigation although I’ve woven in new fictitious scenes and characters straight from my imagination.
